1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DugoutHub (“the platform,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must meet one of the following criteria to use DugoutHub:
- You are 18 years of age or older, or
- You are the parent or legal guardian of a youth athlete and are managing their profile on their behalf
By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts created in violation of this requirement may be terminated without notice.
3. What DugoutHub is
DugoutHub is a directory and communication platform — a place where families can find travel ball teams and where coaches can find players and subs. We are a neutral platform and are not a party to any agreement, tryout, roster decision, or transaction made between users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or team listing
- Impersonate another person, coach, or organization
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Contact minors directly without going through their parent or guardian account
- Collect or harvest other users' contact information for purposes outside the platform
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform
- Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or irrelevant content
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
5. Safety and background checks
DugoutHub does not perform background checks on coaches, team administrators, or any other users. Parents and guardians are responsible for independently verifying the identity and credentials of any coach or team they interact with through the platform. We strongly encourage you to meet coaches in public settings, bring other parents to tryouts, and verify team affiliations through league or association websites before allowing your athlete to participate.

6. Your content
You own the content you post (profiles, photos, messages). By posting it, you grant DugoutHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone else's rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
DugoutHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any team or player information, the availability of the platform, or any specific outcome from using it (finding a team, filling a roster spot, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DugoutHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between users, missed opportunities, or any harm resulting from interactions arranged through the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or by a notice on the platform for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
